SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please reserve up to 4 weeks for the creation of all items unless indicated otherwise. The manufacturing process begins once the store concludes its operations, which is usually after one week. You will be notified with a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way. Expect your purchase to reach you within 3-5 days of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When ordering from abroad, be aware that additional duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are beyond our influence. International deliveries should arrive in 10-15 days post-dispatch.

RETURN AND REFUND GUIDELINES

Our policy is firm on not accepting returns, altering sizes post-dispatch or post pre-order closure, nor providing refunds. All transactions are definitive and binding.

Changes to your address are permissible only before your order has been dispatched. Should a delivery fail due to an address error, the customer will incur the costs to have the item resent.
