All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. No order cancellations. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received.

Fiftyonebrand reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defected products before authorising return.

Please allow 20 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped.

Fiftyonebrand is Not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once the product is dispatched by our trusted carrier we absolve ourselves of all responsibility towards loss or damage of your order.
